All body treatment appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
